Fulton Triplex - MINNEAPOLIS, MN

This new construction triplex fulfills a growing need in Minneapolis for adding medium-density housing to the city - the so-called “missing middle.” We carefully designed the project to blend in with the surrounding neighborhood of 1-2 story homes, while providing new housing for three families. The resulting structure contains 3 bedroom, 2 bath units, with generous open kitchen / living / dining spaces and private outdoor space. We were able to maximize the buildable area on the lot while still retaining the character of typical Minneapolis neighborhoods.
