ST LOUIS AVE TOWNHOMES - MINNEAPOLIS, MN

This new construction 3-unit townhome project is one of the first permitted projects in Minneapolis under the new zoning ordinance allowing up to 3 residences on any residential lot. We maximized every inch of this irregular shaped triangle lot to provide each residence with a spacious open floorplan, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and private patio space. Our concept for the project was to design the structure in a contemporary aesthetic that still blends harmoniously with the surrounding neighborhood. We took great care in siting the building to maximize daylight & views, while being considerate of the impact on neighboring homes.
